A/R Assistant and Floater:
A/R Assistant and Floater in Large Retirement Community (Part-Time):
Process ID cards for new owners and tenants, process RFID stickers for gate access. Process new owner approvals. Scanning all documents into unit files.
Accept and process monthly payments and ACH forms for Direct Debit withdrawals.
Handle account queries and complaints via phone and in person. Report any problems to the proper department Perform general office work, (record keeping, filing, mailings, etc.). Perform communications via phone, e-mail or in person in a helpful manner.
Must be bi-lingual and able to meet and greet the public in a calm, positive manner and have an interest in working with elderly people; experienced and comfortable in using the computer; detail oriented; comfortable, patient, and compassionate in dealing with the elderly; must be knowledgeable in general office skills, typing, computer and telephone communications; must be a team player.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
