Description
CVR is seeking a HCV Program Reporting/PIC Analyst to provide strategic and tactical support to ongoing program operations by analyzing and interpreting data to provide creative solutions. Helps ensure program data meets HUD systems' requirements for compliance in the Section 8 Public and Indian Housing Information Center (PIC) and related reporting systems including federal or state programs.
Job Duties:
- Analyze data related to ongoing reporting to ensure compliance with mandated guidelines, regulation and contractual obligations.
- Evaluate, investigate and work closely with colleagues to identify solutions to a variety of data related problems and issues. Coordinate with Management to produce reports as required to ensure integrity of programmatic data and provide ongoing monitoring of program operations.
- Analyze data related to ongoing reporting to ensure compliance with mandated guidelines, regulation and contractual obligations.
- Analytical, investigation and organizational skills for evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources.
- Ability to reconcile and decompose information into details in order to distinguish solution ideas from requirements.
- Produce reports as required to ensure integrity of programmatic data and provide ongoing monitoring of program operations.
- Developing and prepare reports for all levels of the organization.
- Participate in system and database upgrades as well as routine system testing, including the development and execution of test scripts, security matrices, and the like.
- Assist in providing solutions to improve management of the database and the quality of data therein.
- Analyze, reconcile, and maintain monthly reports
- Handle special projects as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, social work, or public administration.
- 3-5 years of previous experience working with the public in a Housing Choice Voucher, low-income tax credit, similar non-profit programs working with low-income families.
- Must possess 3-5 years of client service experience.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or in a leadership role, desired.
- A combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that would provide the required knowledge and abilities
- Experience working in a high-volume call and production environment with high performance guidelines and stringent deadline
- Knowledge of public sector housing authority programs and systems is a plus
