Description
CVR is looking for a professional, well-organized, compassionate individual with great attention to detail to serve as a Temporary Bi-lingual Quality Control Specialist. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability. The services provided assist low-income families and individuals who may include the elderly or disabled. Assistance will include helping the families potentially secure temporary rent payment assistance because of a COVID-19 related income loss.
Essential Duties:
- Analyze data related to ongoing reporting to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Evaluate, investigate, and work closely with colleagues to identify solutions to a variety of data-related problems and issues.
- Coordinate with management staff to produce reports as required to ensure the integrity of programmatic data and provide ongoing monitoring of program operations.
- Identify system issues relative to operations functions, SharePoint, and other related systems.
- Participate in the development and implementation of goals, work plans, performance measures, procedural manuals, and continuous improvement of service delivery.
- Responsible for handling self-certifications of program applicants to determine the continued need.
- Candidate must be able to read, write and speak in Spanish
Qualifications
- Must be well versed in Excel and SharePoint
