- Collaborate with operators and engineers to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on new technologies and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Industrial setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
- Regularly works at heights and in confined spaces
- May be required to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays
