We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at CVR Energy, Inc. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plant mechanical equipment, including large compressors, pumps, generators, turbines, valves, and conveying equipment. Key responsibilities include:
- Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate any irregularities and malfunctions.
- Perform routine inspections by observing mechanical devices in operation and recommend necessary repairs.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant mechanical equipment, including large compressors, pumps, generators, turbines, valves, conveying equipment, and other plant support equipment.
This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, process control systems, and industrial processes. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintenance experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
