Job Description
This position requires a skilled pharmacist who can provide leadership and support to our pharmacy teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve patient health through safe and appropriate dispensing, counseling, and immunizing practices
- Travel the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by the District Performance Coordinator (DPC); oversee the pharmacy and serve as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts without overlap
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the pharmacy team
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in pharmacy operations
