As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in the success of CVS Health. You will be responsible for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. This includes patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
You will work closely with your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to achieve these goals. You will lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. You will also motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments that maximize their strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps.
This is a full-time position with an anticipated weekly hours of 40. The typical pay range for this role is $60.00 - $74.00 per hour. However, actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
