Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care programs to enhance patient outcomes
- Lead and direct Pharmacy Staff, comprised of both staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians
- Manage the operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve performance
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
