The Role of a Staff Pharmacist

• Patient Safety: Ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients through careful management and oversight of pharmacy operations.

• Inventory Management: Effectively managing inventory levels, optimizing stock, and minimizing waste to ensure efficient pharmacy operations.
• Financial Profitability: Analyzing financial data, identifying opportunities for cost savings, and contributing to the growth and profitability of our pharmacy.
• Loss Prevention: Implementing measures to prevent losses and minimize risks, protecting our assets and maintaining a secure pharmacy environment.
• Workflow Management: Streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing productivity to meet the demands of our pharmacy operations.

You Must Have:

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where you are employed.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
• No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

Time Type: Full time
Pay Range: $60.00 - $71.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
