The District Support Pharmacist Leader, DLEL (DSPL, DLEL) plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in pharmacies across their market. An inspiring coach and leader of people, the DSPL, DLEL is focused on building community and comradery among District Support Pharmacists (Floater Pharmacists) by identifying and addressing performance opportunities through promoting general best practices and change management efforts. They will also support novel program awareness, onboard newly hired Pharmacists, facilitate the transition of new Pharmacist Graduates, and recognize colleagues for success. The DSPL, DLEL consistently exhibits best practices when working the bench, including quarterbacking the team, providing patients with meaningful counseling, and abiding by all legal and regulatory guidelines, amongst other required activities. A role model for all, the DSPL, DLEL also demonstrates our Heart At Work behaviors, and sets the bar for other Pharmacists by their example. The DSPL, DLEL is responsible for the direct and effective management of all District Support Pharmacists (DSPs), specifically:

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
Minimum: 48.15
Maximum: 74.45
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
