Duties:
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Perform medication inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications
- Maintain patient profiles and medication records
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Prepare sterile products using aseptic technique, such as IV infusions or inhalation medications
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards of practice
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmacy calculations is beneficial
- Knowledge of critical care medications and procedures is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
