## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales, team management, and providing excellent customer service.
## Duties
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Train new employees on store procedures and product knowledge
## Skills
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of retail sales strategies and techniques
- Administrative proficiency for managing store operations
- Experience in retail store management is a plus
