Outside Sales Rep / Account Manager

The position is dual focused. Sales Lead Generation/Nurturing and Project Management

- Contact leads like commercial owners, investors, and businesses to remodel or oversee the new build of their assets, properties, or construction projects of varying scope
- Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and yourself/ Lead Sales Representative.
- Be prepared to do field measures to confirm contractors plans
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Submit proposals, sell product & services and collect payments for any orders placed
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Attend trade shows representing the Company
- Outside Sales Reps / Account Managers are responsible pre sales & post sales activities and installation. Commissions apply for both sales & installation management apply.
- Management of sold projects.
- Their charter encompasses pre-sales, sales and closing deals, postsales preparation and coordination in preparation for installation, and working with management, clients and contractors to ensure completion of the projects and collection of final payments.
- Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable reconciliation and processing cash receipts/deposits.
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous.
- Computer literate.
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and courteous disposition.
- Persuasive and results-oriented.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
