You will have the opportunity to engage with customers daily, sharing product and service knowledge, and addressing any queries they may have. Brand Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Working with the entry-level Business Marketing Associate team and Managers to integrate product and service knowledge with the opportunity for sales promotions to local customers.
- Staying updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing the customer support and sales team of noteworthy news items and opportunities to provide the highest level of support and guidance.
- Be consistently professional, friendly, and positive in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and managers.
- Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the support team.
Brand Sales Associate Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a customer service base position
