Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
- Processes accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
- Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
- Leverage marketing and sales tools to create a pipeline of potential customers
- Cultivate and develop strong relationships across departments and with team members
- Collect and organize all team manifests
Qualifications of the Customer Service Specialist Position:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is encouraged
- 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, education, medical, etc. is preferred
- Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
- Friendly and professional communication skills
