Landscaping Crew Member

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and familiarity with landscaping tools and techniques.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist with tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Operate front loaders and excavators
• Help with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Creating and repairing driveways and drainage areas
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes) and power tools (e.g., trimmers, blowers).
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work in all landscaping tasks.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A CDL license is a plus but not required.
