The Client Relationship Manager/Representative – Food Production is responsible for managing client accounts within a production environment, overseeing order fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with internal production teams, and maintaining strong client relationship.
- Monitor submittals, track deliveries of raw materials and finished goods, and provide regular updates. Additionally, oversee supply and equipment usage, requesting additional resources as needed.
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory operations.
- Establish and continue to build on key relationships with existing and potential clients to increase business, drive revenue, and improve sustainable growth.
- Travel between Production and Fulfillment centers, to assess inventory levels and to provide updates to customer and production team.
- Ensure all orders are shipped correctly and meet client specifications including packaging and labeling requirements).
- Track order progress, proactively communicate potential delays or issues to clients and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- In the absence of the Supervisor, participate in daily communication with Management personnel to identify problems or concerns, and reach decisions regarding appropriate solutions, while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation, required by the site or company, including quality control reports, case counts, task completing reports, inventory control, and performance measurements, etc.
- Ensure safety protocols including Safe Quality Food (SQF), OSHA, food safety, internal policies, and other applicable standard are met, creating a safe and compliant work environment.
- Supporting on-site management ensuring all daily tasks are completed on schedule, meeting specified quality standards, and remain within budget constraints.
- Supervision of work force composed primarily of individuals with disabilities, including creating and managing employee schedules.
- Actively coach and develop their team members by providing training and support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success and growth of the program.
- College Degree (in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management) (Preferred)
- Minimum of (2) years of relevant experience working in a food production, warehouse operations, or logistics management.
- Strong experience managing client relationships, overseeing contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain safety standards and follow food safety regulations.
- Previous experience in leading teams, overseeing operational processes, and managing inventory.
- Safe Quality Food (SQF) and OSHA certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, SharePoint, and Excel).
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with little to no supervision.
