You’ll be responsible for closing sales with insurance leads and driving the team’s revenue to meet sales goals. Compensation:$150,000
Responsibilities:- Maintain the customer database with updated information on past, current, and potential clients
- Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
- Entice customers to use our services again by following up via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication after initial purchase
- Close deals that achieve the best deal possible by upselling
- Handle sales inquiries from pre-qualified leads and make sure client needs are taken care of
- One year of work experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Understands the sales process and how to use CRM software
