- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data
- Update payroll records by entering and documenting changes
- Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests
- Detail orientated with general office protocol & procedures
- Excellent phone skills to handle a multi-line system
- Professional demeanor & attitude when handling confidential information
- Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment (Timing is a critical function)
- Offer administrative support to busy office
- Excellent computer skills needed: Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
- Basic math and written communication skills required
- 2-3 years payroll exposure/experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
