What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge (Condominium) position at CWD Group?
We are seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated front desk concierge to join our high-end residential environment. Our property is a newly built, 30 story luxury residential building in the heart of downtown Seattle. The building has over 250 units and 3 amenity floors.
In this position, you will play a key role by performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the residents our community. You should be comfortable undertaking a variety of customer service and office activities including, greeting residents, answering phones, filing, organizing documents, basic tracking. Reliability and a strong work ethic combined with great communication skills are a must, as well as familiarity with all necessary office equipment, software and procedures.
Schedule: Varies, we are looking for full-time and part-time roles to cover day, swing and overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Rate: Starting at $23.00 per hour
Essential Job Functions
- Provide superior customer service for a strong willed and highly focused resident community. Be consistent and provide a welcoming touch for all resident interaction while maintaining a professional presence.
- Respond to resident front desk needs keeping in mind appropriate standards and security such as signing, tracking and releasing packages, food delivery and dry cleaning. Ensure that we are properly recording and handling the personal belongings of residents with care.
- Monitor building keys ensuring that unit access and building access is treated with the utmost importance. Ensure that no guest or unknown individual is granted access to a unit unless explicit written permission is provided.
- Continuously monitor guests and residents as they enter and exit from the various access points. Keep a keen eye out for people who have entered the building without a fob or direct permission. Using keen customer service skills intercept individuals who may not have permission to access the building.
- Keep a consistent log of activities and information passing through the front desk form your shift. Should a situation rise to abnormal or require management attention, complete an incident report and monitor the report to completion.
- Maintain and clean and efficient front desk and lobby. Monitor building access systems and assist maintenance/porters with tasks that can be completed from your post. Perform basic cleaning of common spaces as needed.
- Review surveillance systems and building entry. Track suspicious activity throughout the building communicating with teammates.
- Enforce Association policies and declaration requirements and inform residents as required about policies.
- Investigate complaints and disturbances. Take appropriate action steps to evaluate the validity of the complaint using other teammates and surveillance resources available. Draft an incident report and provide information regarding violations to the management team for further investigation.
- Take on administrative projects that support the general operation of the building as assigned by management.
- Conduct regular audits of self and other shifts to ensure accuracy and communication among teams.
- Work diligently on tasks to ensure the overall success of the operation and provide the best service possible for residents.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some technical or associates degree desired
- Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position
- Proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel and Outlook
- 2 – 3 Years experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge
- Highly organized and able to use a variety of methods
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic design skills to create communication strategies
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic principles of service
- Able to learn new software with changes to building and security systems
Physical and Environmental
- Must be able to lift and carry a box up to 50lbs and be able to move a dumpster if requested
- Tasks may require racking leaves or shoveling snow outdoors
- Able to work around cleaning products
- Fine manipulation of phone and keyboards

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
