CWF Restoration is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our Dallas mitigation team. In this role, youll oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure top-tier quality and efficiency. What Youll Do :

• Lead & Develop the Team Directly oversee crew chiefs, sales staff, and field teams, providing training and mentorship to drive performance.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance Review job scopes, verify work quality, and uphold safety standards across all mitigation projects.
• Optimize Operations Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and keep crews running smoothly and profitably.
• Assign Crews Strategically Match the right crew leaders to the right jobs based on expertise, ensuring top-quality results.
• Support Billing & Sales Work closely with accounts receivable, dispatch, and sales teams to streamline processes and maximize revenue.
• Recruit & Retain Top Talent Hire, train, and schedule field and office staff, ensuring a strong and capable workforce.
• Oversee Documentation Supervise loss documentation, ensuring accurate records in the Dash platform to support billing and compliance.
