If you’ve served as a Fire Captain, Chief, or in a leadership role in the fire service, and you're ready to bring your passion for helping others into the restoration industry — we want to talk to you.

- A former firefighter (preferably Captain or higher) who knows the firehouse culture and has the respect of your peers.
- A relationship-builder with strong communication skills and a sharp sense of urgency.

- A problem-solver who thrives in fast-moving environments and is ready to make an impact from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with fire departments and local decision-makers.
- Educate partners on our services, process, and rapid-response capabilities by delivering branded marketing material.
- Represent CWF at events — always with integrity and professionalism.
- Help people through some of their toughest moments, delivering trusted solutions with compassion.
