Expectations:
The successful candidate will be well rounded in all facets of developing and documenting architectural design projects. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented and has strong document production expertise and coordination skills. This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office to maintain a collaborative team environment.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Schooling in Architecture or Drafting (degree or technical certificate)
- 4 years’ proficient experience with both Revit and AutoCAD
- 4 years’ proficient experience in construction documentation
- Knowledge in basic construction materials and methods best practices
- Ability to complete accurate Construction Documents from cover page to door schedule
- Ability to coordinate with Engineering teams and develop project specifications
- Great communication skills and works well with small and large teams
- Self-motivated and has an excellent work ethic
