A corporate apartment is an apartment that is rented to an individual or company fully furnished for 30 days or longer. Corporate apartments are utilized for various reasons, including corporate relocation programs for permanent and temporary job assignments, extended business travelers, individuals in between homes, and individuals who have been displaced from their homes due to natural disasters. With more square footage than the typical hotel suite, these fully furnished apartment gives guests their own space to unwind and be comfortable.

Position Reports to: Project Specialist
Work Location: Round Rock, TX

Responsibilities:
The primary role of this position is to inspect apartments prior to guests’ move in and after guests’ move out and is the essential point for customer service in the area market
- Inspect apartments by completing the walk sheet to ensure that the apartment is ready for guest move-in
- Prepare welcome binder for guest arrival and ensure that arrival instructions are accurate.
- Replace and report any broken/ missing housewares or other items listed on the walk sheet
- Notify the Project Manager immediately if apartment will not be ready for guest arrival
- Report to property of any maintenance issues
- Communicate with telephone and cable companies for equipment replacements, set ups, and take downs
- Complete move-out walks to check for damages, take photographs of damages, and report findings
- Pick up cable equipment and internet equipment after each move out and return to the cable/internet company
- Drive to apartment communities throughout the region to provide technical assistance, serve customer needs, pick up and drop off keys, and coordinate with apartment property management
- Run errands to coordinate with supply partners such as cable, telephone, and to provide other amenities
- Prioritize the urgency of client work orders, communicate requests to communities and supply partners, follow up on all service requests to ensure completion, and close them in the system.
- Prepare, purchase, and assemble move-in gifts and welcome information
- Manage the inventory of supplies and lock boxes
- Other duties as assigned
This job requires daily travel to and from community properties within major metropolitan areas within 75 miles on a regular basis. This job also requires maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling, bending at the neck, waist, arms, legs, transporting an object, up to 50lbs, ascending or descending stairs, and ramps.
Hours Worked: Temporary position; Monday-Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Education/Certification: High School diploma or GED or equivalent
Experience Preferred: Background in customer service experience, property maintenance management, or in housekeeping is a plus. Computer proficient, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Word, Smart phone technology.
Requirement: Ability to pass background, drug and driving record check annually, as per company policy and guidelines. Must maintain a valid and unexpired driver’s license that meets company driving standards and maintain current automobile insurance and registration.
