CWS Health is seeking a qualified Sterile Processing Technician for a travel assignment in the Oklahoma City area. The successful candidate will have six (6) months of related experience and possess strong knowledge of medical supplies and equipment sterilization.
The Sterile Processing Technician will work under general supervision, responsible for cleaning, decontamination, assembly, packaging, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation and reusable supply items. They will also coordinate and prepare necessary supplies and instruments for emergent and routine surgical cases.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to read, spell, and do simple math.
