About the Role:
CWS Health is seeking an experienced Travel Trauma ICU RN to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide specialized nursing care to critically ill trauma patients in a Trauma 1 ICU setting.
Job Description:
- Monitor and assess vital signs, including invasive hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator support, and other essential nursing interventions.
- Administer medications, manage intravenous (IV) therapy, blood products, and other prescribed treatments as required.
- Provide competent and compassionate care, ensuring accurate documentation of patient status and responses to treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and timely patient care.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a Trauma ICU setting.
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques in a high-pressure ICU environment.
