Job Summary:
Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, the Scheduler is responsible to schedule daily production for manufacturing daily requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process and organize all orders for manufacturing
- Sequence/schedule production work
- Release and staple shop paperwork and batch them accordingly
- Responsible to maintain various reports daily
- Coordinates with manufacturing departments to determine order status for immediate response to customer service and scheduling inquiries
Job Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Capable of working independently utilizing appropriate judgment and discretion, and also as a team member
- Excellent attention to details
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Responsible for upholding the company’s values, vision and mission by integrating integrity, respect, accountability, resourcefulness, and innovation into daily work performance
