Job Details
Skills:
- 5-7 years of Product Management Experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of a CRM platform, capabilities, and integrations; Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or experience required.
- Background in developing solutions supporting all aspects of the client lifecycle including Sales/Marketing, Pipeline Management, Servicing and Operations.
- Strong understanding of agile best practices and product development.
- Product experience in a financial institution/bank preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Proactive product manager to lead the agile team and manage the development work
- Collaborate with the agile team, write user stories, manage a backlog, as well as actively participate in the development process through daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, validation sessions, product release activities including UAT, quarterly planning, and other interactions.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and partners to understand business needs/objectives and clearly articulate requirements to the team.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, leaders, and management to ensure they are aligned, and their expectations are met with the product delivery.
- Collaborate with product leads and Technology to provide input to the roadmap.
