We seek a Senior Paralegal with a proven track record in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. This role involves leading the drafting, review, and management of contracts and legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies. The Senior Paralegal will also conduct in-depth legal research and oversee a junior staff member. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Legal Support :

  • Lead the preparation, review, and management of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Draft, update, review, and file various contracts, including but not limited to NDAs, MNDAs, Letters of Intent, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Employment Contracts, and Non-Compete Agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations, including maintaining corporate records and filings.
  • Conduct complex legal research and provide summaries and reports on various legal matters
  • Draft, file, and manage entity documents for corporate entities.
  • Handle trademarks and copyrights.

Supervisory Responsibilities :

  • Assist in supervising and mentoring junior team members, providing support as needed, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in their work.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately and monitor progress.
  • Other Responsibilities :

  • Review, track, and monitor legislation impacting the company’s products and processes.
  • Support litigation, mediation, arbitration, and complaint responses.
  • Assist with regulatory paperwork and compliance programs and perform research.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, law, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate law with excellent research and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Dependability concerning confidentiality and adherence to policies.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with international legal matters and compliance.
  • Familiarity with BPO industry regulations and standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
  • OTHER WORK-RELATED REQUIREMENTS :

  • Currently reside in one of these states : AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI & WY​ to be considered
  • Since this is a fully remote position, candidates must have a dedicated home office environment that ensures security and confidentiality. The workspace should be free from distractions, have reliable internet access, and allow for the secure handling of sensitive information in compliance with company and legal guidelines.

  • Successfully pass pre-employment background checks
  • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :

    The salary for this position is $75,000 per year. The benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, vision), retirement plans, paid time off (PTO), and other company-provided benefits.
