CXpress is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This person will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for our patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize and manage their schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Collect necessary payments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
- Coordinate medical scheduling and manage appointment reminders
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide excellent patient care
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working at the front desk of a medical office or dental office is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle stressful situations, including emergencies, calmly and efficiently
