Responsibilities:
Prepare food items, following recipes and providing recommendations as needed
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the line, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage preparation and delivery
Assist in managing the inventory of food ingredients, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for driving business growth and improving overall service quality
Ability to use toast POS system and handle money
Customer service experience a must
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale casual-dining setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Familiarity with hot food preparation techniques and kitchen organization
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work 10 or more shifts per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
