Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately, making recommendations as needed
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
Prepare and deliver beverage orders, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Manage the Toast POS system, ensuring accurate order-taking, billing, and cash handling procedures
Manage reservations using Resy, ensuring efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction
Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for driving business growth and improving overall service quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Server or similar role, preferably in a fine-dining or upscale casual-dining setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Familiarity with Toast POS and Resy systems
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work 10 or more shifts per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
