About You : CxT is looking for a highly motivated Research Associate with knowledge and skills in biochemistry, cell biology or small-molecule screening to join our team under the supervision of Dr. Driouchi. This energetic researcher will deploy their skills to help drive assay development and drug discovery, including scaling assays to high-throughput formats.

Responsibilities :
- Implement in vitro biochemistry assays that will support chemical screening
- Independently analyze experimental findings and delineate follow-up studies to drive research projects forward
- Strategically troubleshoot technical and logistical bottlenecks
- Productionize assays to make them precise, scalable, and reproducible for weekly execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Investigators in a rigorous research setting, actively prioritizing efforts to align with organizational priorities
- Maintain detailed and organized records of experimental protocols and results

The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $80,000 – $100,000 annually (not including discretionary bonus and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry and education.
