Basic Duties:
- Manage daily store operations:
- order and receive inventory daily/prepare monthly inventory report
- audit invoicing and follow process to assure orders are completed and closed timely
- monitor cash drawers daily and make deposits as necessary
- Oversee daily tasks of all store employees
- Process new hire paperwork and coordinate with HR to onboard
- Facilitate safety training according to OSHA regulations and CFT Policy
- Drive revenue and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals
- Resolve service issues and do follow ups as necessary with customers and employees
- Control costs through efficient use of resources, control of assets, working your accounts receivable, and inventory
- Ensure proper selection, development and placement of employees to maximize employee performance
- Provide store personnel training on proper equipment operations, paperwork procedures and proper merchandise control
- Ensure that all employees follow safe operating procedures.
Requirements:
5 years retail, tire center, department or store management experience
2 years experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
Must have excellent organization, verbal, and communication skills
Ability to problem solve and think critically
