The role sits within the Solutions Consulting Team. The SC team brings together the best of CyberCube to support the world's leading institutions and emerging businesses across the entire insurance value chain with our best-in-class cyber data, analytics, signals, models, and risk frameworks. The Client Product Advisor will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive all the knowledge, understanding and support they need to successfully leverage our analytics platform. Success in the role allows clients to extract the return on their investments in our software and solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Fully understand and be able to explain Cyber Cat Risk modeling software products to clients, as well as articulate use cases.Lead training and onboarding for multiple cyber insurance clients with a focus on cyber accumulation and cyber cat risk as well as single risk underwritingCollaborate with other functions to deliver excellent results for clients and ensure high client retentionUnderstand client stakeholders and processesUnderstand business workflow and where CyberCube fits inWork closely with Product and Analytics teams, acting as the voice of the clientMaintain customer health tracking / Hubspot (Customer Relationship Management software) records for accountsHelp create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our internal toolsManage escalation points in product / service deliveryObtaining feedback from clientPrimary Objectives
Become a Subject Matter Expert resource for clients and other team members.Act as an ambassador for CyberCube Analytics in engaging the insurance marketProvide practical advice and insight to enable clients to maximize utility of softwareSuccessfully enable a team of client facing professionalsCritical Skills
Knowledge of analytics use cases in cyber insurance accumulation and underwritingUnderstanding of the role of analytics in insuranceHighly effective communication and influencing skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability in client account management and relationship / network building with the ability to balance multiple priorities, both independently and collaboratively as neededBroad technical knowledge of cyber security issuesAbility to clearly communicate complex ideas with clarityAble to solve complex and novel problems through a structured approach, intellectual rigor, and attention to detailExpert with MS Office applications including Excel and Powerpoint, and experience with collaboration software tools.Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably within cyber underwriting or other related insurance backgroundExperience in analytical modeling beneficialFoundational technical knowledge of cyber security issues beneficialStrong awareness of commercial insurance issues including cyber risk insuranceHighly effective communication and influencing skills, both written and verbalDemonstrated ability in client account management and relationship / network buildingTechnical presentation skillsHigh level of professional integrity and commitment to execution of deliverablesMinimum Bachelor's degree educationWork Environment
