Position Summary
The Director of Client Security Strategy is responsible for driving strategic security initiatives, customer engagement, and cybersecurity services success. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity operations, customer advocacy, and strategic business alignment to help organizations optimize their security posture. The Director will collaborate with clients, executive leadership, and technical teams to develop security strategies, improve customer adoption, and enhance product-market alignment. Additionally, this role includes public speaking, cybersecurity evangelism, and leading go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to strengthen brand presence and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Lead cybersecurity strategy development, helping customers align their security goals with business objectives.
- Build and manage a high-impact customer success program, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Act as a trusted security advisor for customers, guiding them on threat intelligence, risk management, and proactive security measures.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for cybersecurity products, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
- Drive customer education, security enablement, and best practice adoption to maximize value from cybersecurity solutions.
- Oversee customer feedback loops, working with product, sales, and marketing teams to refine offerings based on market demands.
- Provide executive-level security briefings, helping leadership teams understand cybersecurity risks and defenses.
- Act as an industry thought leader, delivering presentations, blogs, and community-driven outreach efforts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer success and cybersecurity program effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration between security operations, product teams, and customer success teams to enhance security outcomes.
