This position is key to providing a positive experience for our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of daily services. As a Customer Service Attendant, you'll greet customers, assist with selecting services, process payments, and ensure the facility is clean and well-maintained. Youll be our valued customers' first point of contact and help create an efficient and enjoyable environment.Responsibilities : Greet customers in a friendly and professional mannerAssist customers in selecting the appropriate car wash packages and servicesProcess transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) systemMaintain cleanliness of the car wash facility, including lobby, restroom, and exterior areasHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a positive attitudeMonitor the car wash line and assist with directing customers to appropriate bays or stationsPerform routine checks of car wash equipment to ensure its functioning properlyPromote membership programs and special offers to customersWork collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure efficient service deliveryQualifications : High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous customer service experience is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and handle high-volume situationsComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be reliable, punctual, and detail-orientedAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (e.g., sweeping, cleaning)Positive attitude and strong work ethicBenefits (if applicable) : Competitive hourly wageFlexible work scheduleEmployee discounts on car wash servicesOpportunities for advancementTraining providedPriority Hire Statement : Chugach Native Corporation gives priority consideration for employment to shareholders and descendants of shareholders of the corporation, which is in line with our commitment to support the economic well-being of our community.
