We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cybersecurity Sales & Client Success Manager to support our business expansion in the U.S. and international markets.


Role Overview:


We are seeking a results-driven Cybersecurity Sales & Client Success Manager to generate leads, engage with business decision-makers (such as CISOs), schedule sales and demo calls, and build long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and a passion for customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Business Development:


Identify and engage potential clients, particularly in the fintech, healthcare, and enterprise sectors.


Conduct market research to develop a targeted sales approach.


Reach out to prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.



Client Engagement & Relationship Management:


Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and demo calls with potential clients.


Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs and IT executives.


Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and pre-sales discussions.



Sales & Pipeline Management:


Work with the internal team to customize cybersecurity solutions that align with client needs.


Maintain and update a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.


Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral and promotional content.



Customer Success & Retention:


Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.


Provide post-sale support and maintain customer satisfaction.


Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client value.




Qualifications & Experience:


Must-Have:


Proven experience in cybersecurity sales, business development, or client relationship management.


Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services, GRC frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SWIFT CSP, etc.), and SOC solutions.


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Ability to work independently and drive sales with minimal supervision.



Preferred:


Experience engaging with C-level executives, particularly CISOs and IT leadership.


Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.


Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.




Compensation & Benefits:


Hourly pay or commission-based structure (negotiable based on experience and performance).


Flexible work hours with a remote setup.
