Role: Techno – Functional Analyst (background in IVR/conversational AI)
Location – Charlotte NC (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $65/Hr. to $70/Hr.
Job Description:
Must Have: KoreAI, Conversational AI and IVR experience
Experience with Conversational AI projects and KoreAI, Intent of the role is identification and development along with Business View is an added advantage.
Telecom or CRM ideally IVR related experience & services or other related industry experience required.
- Experience with system integrations bonus experience with implementation with IVR and Conversational AI (any platform)
- LC/NC Framework (knowledge)
- Expertise in working closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, especially IVR systems.
- Proficiency in creating business documentation such as BRDs, functional specs, and process flows.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
