Oracle CX architect
• Having 8-10 years experience in implementation of Oracle CX cloud application
• Experience leading atleast one project of Oracle Customer Experience (CX) cloud application
• Minimum 1 years of experience in Project and Program Management
• Experience architecting CX solution modules to meet customer requirements modules includes, Sales, Service, CPQ and Subscription cloud
• Experience in developing Integration architecture
• Experience in developing Solution design document
• Experience worked as functional consultant
• Experience in conducting requirement gathering and CRP sessions
• Having good communication and presentation skill
• Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.
• Ability to manage teams and processes globally.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and serve as trusted advisor
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Excel, Word, MS Project, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong attention to details and the ability to multitask
