Job Description:
Responsible for Workday configuration of Talent and Recruiting Management business processes. Workday configuration experience a required. Expertise in several Workday modules strongly desired.
This career step requires senior level experience. Configuration involves setting up and tailoring the functionality of SaaS and Enterprise-wide applications to meet specific business requirements without writing code.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• This includes tasks such as: Configuring tables, fields, and forms.
• Defining business rules, UI policies, and client scripts using the platform's graphical interface.
• Configuring workflows and approvals using delivered, UI-based editor tools (i.e. ServiceNow’s Workflow Editor).
• Designing and configuring service portals, widgets, and catalog items.
• Setting up user roles, groups, and permissions. Configuring integrations with external systems using pre-built connectors and APIs.
• Configuration allows users to customize software solution behavior and appearance to align with their organization's processes and workflows without the need for custom coding or development.
• WD Talent and WD Recruiting is a MUST
• Need true hands on experience with workday. Historical challenge with our candidates is that they say they have worked on workday but not hands on configuration.
