The Accounts Receivable Clerk position with Cyber Technology Group is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Controller. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following.
SUMMARY:
To support the Accounting Department specifically, and Cyber Technology Group as a whole, the Accounts Receivable Clerk owns a variety of responsibilities ranging from basic accounting and bookkeeping to general clerical needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Accounts Receivable Clerk position with Cyber Technology Group is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Controller. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following.
SUMMARY:
To support the Accounting Department specifically, and Cyber Technology Group as a whole, the Accounts Receivable Clerk owns a variety of responsibilities ranging from basic accounting and bookkeeping to general clerical needs.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Processes and tracks incoming payments
- Creating proposals and following progress billing for clients, builders, etc.
- Maintains and updates client information and files, utilizing Quickbooks and other accounting software
- Monitors, follows up and secures payments for Past Due accounts
- Oversee Service Billing for Electrical Department
- Works in an professional and organized manner and is able to move between priorities
- Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clients, builders, vendors and employees
- Building strong relationships with employees through consistent, clear communication
- Supports the Accounting Department with the processes surrounding the closing of Cyber’s “month end”
- Has continual awareness of the needs of the Accounting Department and offices and is able to act as a back-up support for the Front Desk to direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or employee
