The Front Desk Concierge position with Cyber Technology Group is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Director of Client Experience. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following.
SUMMARY
The Front Desk Concierge is responsible for presenting and maintaining the impression of Cyber’s brand with clients, builders, vendors and employees. From answering, directing and redirecting incoming calls, the relay of messages with varying levels of importance to the management of office calendars and general presentation, organization and cleanliness of the space.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure Cyber’s first impression is the best impression
- Advocates the absolute highest level of customer service and care to our clients
- Ensure all applicable tasks are handled effectively and efficiently.
- Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients
- Works in an professional and organized manner and is able to move between priorities
- Exhibits strong communication skills and takes ownership of timely follow-up with clients, builders, vendors and employees
- Building strong relationships with employees through consistent, clear communication
- Embodies a mindset of genuine hospitality, making sure guests are welcomed and attended to promptly and professionally
- Conveys empathy, assurance, promptness and professionalism while directly calls to the appropriate resource(s)
- Processes client / builder payments over the phone, as needed
- Reviews and monitors office calendars for showrooms, theaters and meeting rooms
- Coordinates the ordering and distribution of supplies
- Supports client/builder office meetings, vendor visits, etc. with ordering of catering, etc.
- Has continual awareness of the overall look/upkeep of the lobby, front desk, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchen, showrooms and theaters

- Performs all duties in an independent and expeditious manner, without additional supervision; seeking guidance from the Director of Client Experience or company leadership on major issues, as necessary
- Displays a positive, professional, cooperative relationship with both clients and colleagues

- Demonstrates good planning skills; which align with overall company goals
