Service Electrician  

The Service Electrician position with Cyber Technology Group is a full-time, FLSA-qualifying position, reporting directly to the Electrical Project Manager. The responsibilities, duties and expectations of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Supports and contributes to the absolute highest level of service and care of our clients
Proactively identifies new opportunities for improvement and/or clarity within the production process
Works closely with the team to acknowledge and address inconsistencies or misses which would negatively impact productivity and Cyber Technology Group’s brand
Builds strong relationships with employees through consistent, clear, kind communication
Works in a professional and organized manner and is able to move between priorities
Facilitates seamless communication between builders, clients, supers, and employees.  

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Deep understanding of the Residential Electric industry, specifically luxury/custom homes
Experience leading job sites and crews
Ability to read blueprints
Strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, organization

At Cyber Group, a Service Electrician's responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: Leading crews and job sites in installing and maintaining wiring, control, and lighting systems, adhering to building codes, ensuring projects are laid out efficiently, having the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and colleagues, understanding the importance of being both professionally and personally organized. Lead Electricians need to have the ability to direct and coordinate teams to complete provided scope of work, operate at the highest level of professionalism, keep company-issued vehicles and job sites clean throughout the duration of the project, etc. Industry knowledge (understanding specifications, problem solving, installation, etc.) is crucial for this role and experience (Lutron, Crestron, etc.) is not necessary but is helpful.
