Summary: The Level 2 Computer Technician will provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. This role involves hands-on work with IT systems and equipment, as well as excellent customer service and documentation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a ticketing system, supporting enterprise environments, and handling a variety of server and network configurations
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced end-user hardware, software, and peripheral issues, including printer, fax, and scanner devices.
- Support and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments (2008 and later) and their roles, including AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, IIS, GPO, and RDS.
- Administer and troubleshoot Office 365 environments, including hybrid configurations.
- Perform hands-on tasks such as rack-and-stack equipment installations and physical wiring.
- Diagnose and resolve enterprise-level networking issues, including switching and routing.
- Provide advanced performance analysis, documentation, and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Utilize ticketing systems to track, manage, and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and manage end-user devices and applications, ensuring optimal performance.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on issue resolution.
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
