Job Description
As the Senior Director of Global Brand and Operational Excellence, you will oversee a diverse team responsible for shaping and elevating our brand globally, driving thought leadership, producing high-impact content, and ensuring creative services align with company goals. You will oversee creative and brand agencies, and partner with cross-functional team members on media planning and other related services. Additionally, you will manage operational functions across the brand experience team, including budgets, schedules and resource allocation to ensure the efficient and effective execution of all initiatives. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with operational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
With a team of senior functional leaders, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Brand Management:
o Lead the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market positioning and ensuring that our brand expression works in all major geographies.
o Oversee global brand awareness campaigns across channels to increase visibility and recognition.
o Establish and enforce brand governance standards to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
o Work cross-functionally with leadership to integrate the brand message into all company communications.
2. Thought Leadership:
o Define and drive the company’s thought leadership strategy, identifying key themes, topics, and industry trends.
o Develop editorial strategies for thought leadership content, positioning the company as an authority in the identity security space.
o Oversee the creation of thought leadership assets, including white papers, blog posts, and research reports.
3. Content Strategy and Development:
o Lead the strategy and creation of long-form content such as eBooks, white papers, case studies, and other high-value content pieces that drive lead generation and thought leadership.
o Oversee the blog and podcast channels, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with audience interests.
o Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to develop content that showcases the company’s expertise and innovation in cybersecurity.
o Establish and enforce a content governance process that helps ensure that content is relevant and effective.
4. Creative Services:
o Manage the creative team responsible for graphic design, motion graphics, presentations, and other visual assets.
o Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company’s brand and messaging.
o Foster a creative environment that encourages innovative design solutions and storytelling through visuals.
5. Operations Oversight:
o Manage the department’s operational functions, including budget planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
o Oversee the execution of campaigns and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
o Continuously assess and improve processes to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all teams.
6. Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of professionals across brand, content, thought leadership, creative services, and operations, helping to ensure high quality outputs.
o Set clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics for team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
o Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that aligns with company values and objectives.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· 15 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, creative services, and thought leadership, with a focus on technology or cybersecurity industries.
· Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering impactful brand and marketing initiatives.
· Strong strategic and operational expertise with a demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
· Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
· Expertise in digital marketing channels.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
· A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.

The salary range for this position is $153,000 – $240,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
