- Identify and target potential clients within the commercial flooring market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of flooring projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Proven experience in territory sales, preferably in the commercial flooring or construction sales industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent prospecting and lead generation abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with flooring products and installation processes is a plus.
