The Account Executive-Client Success is responsible for ensuring a positive and productive relationship with our clients, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role involves understanding client needs, providing solutions, and facilitating communication between clients and the company to enhance overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Create and present reports on client performance metrics and success stories to stakeholders.
- Assist clients in optimizing their use of our products and services to achieve their goals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- 4 years of experience in client services or account management, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
- Bachelors degree required. CFP or CFA a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions

Salary : $85,000 - $125,000
