The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. This role focuses on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, particularly in IT management and cloud storage services.
Key Responsibilities
$55-$75,000/year base salary, plus commission. 1st year on target earnings $100-$130,000/ year uncapped

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position offerings
- Assist clients in understanding their IT management needs and how our solutions can address them
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the IT or technology sector
- Strong understanding of IT management and cloud storage solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in business development and understanding of wireless networks and voice services is a plus
