Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records and ensure accuracy of financial information
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with payroll processing and managing vendor master files
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare supporting documentation for audits
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
- Full month-end close responsibilities
- Help prepare and file Quarterly and Annual Tax reports and W-2
- Supervise small office staff
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
